The process of actually moving into residential care can be daunting for anyone. At Acquire this process is supported by individual 'Move-in' Plans.
This will include an 'Indicial Assessment' visit, followed by a whole day visit or even an over night stay. During these visits guests will be introduced to some of the activities that will become part of their program while at Acquire.

Where drugs and alcohol are still being used an agreed 'Reduction Plan' will be drawn. This means the use of drugs or drink levels will have to be reduced prior to admission, this will also include an agreed plan of reduction with abstinence for the period of admission.

A treatment at Acquire is not managed in isolation and so includes a wide range of external organisations to deliver individually tailored rehabilitation programs
The overall package includes a stress free comfortable environment, Complementary therapies such as Acupuncture, Indian Head Massage, and Raiki to help in the process of recovery.
